Satang Nabaneh, LL.D., Ph.D, is an award-winning interdisciplinary scholar, human rights practitioner, and global policy voice whose work advances gender equality, children’s rights, constitutionalism, and Global South leadership in international law, accountability within regional and international human rights systems, and transitional justice. Across her scholarship and public engagement, she places particular emphasis on centering historically marginalized voices within global legal and policy frameworks.  Her scholarship and public engagements have appeared in academic journals, diverse platforms, and prominent media outlets, including The New York Times, Reuters, and Time.
